Property companies and managers

We keep you updated on the progress of every job. We only carry out the work you’ve asked for, and if we find another problem while we’re there, we discuss it with you first.

Tenants sign an acknowledgement confirming the job is complete and the plumbing is working. References from the property companies we work with are available on request.

Private landlords and investors

You need a plumber you can trust for years. We complete only the work you need, and talk through anything else we find before we do it. We also work with overseas landlords who email their requests through to us.

Commercial maintenance

Daycare centres, rest homes, retirement villages, bars, restaurants and even funeral homes all have their own requirements. We understand the legal obligations of these properties and are on call day or night.
